I think the whole “alpha” bit is a joke. Most people don’t understand what the term really means. An alpha by my take isn’t an aggressive, cocky, self-important person, they are willing to work hard and play hard, live life and take care of his family without having to “take charge” unless it’s the only option.

I like the andrew taste poster on the wall but most alpha males don’t see themselves as the primary definition of alpha male they can agree that there are characteristics of that said alpha male that others would collectively agree upon but the head influencers/poster “man” don’t considered themselves as the pure definition they openly say that
