Sorry to be the stupid guy, but… I don’t get it.

The setup leads you to think he needs a blade to shank or stab another inmate. The punchline is that he actually used the blade to shave half of the inmate’s head and beard.

If you cover up the shaved guy’s face in the last panel, the pose he’s lying is pretty seductive :P, just photoshop a picture of a pretty girl’s face on there (or just photoshop more boobs on there, but that’d just look weird =/) then the comic becomes fappable.
