Technically, that would be HIV. AIDS is a condition, not a pathogen.
Neither AIDS nor cancer are inject-able. Things which cause AIDS (HIV) and cancer (carcinogens) are. Scientist out.
So what do you recommend to treat Hypochondria (i.e- any injectable disease)?
Saline placebo, realistically. Ebola for the lulz.
