I don’t know, there is some room for ambiguity. Such as:
1. he is sick of looking at him so he must cover him with vomit
2. Sick of hearing his voice, regardless of the content
3. Sick of his existence so he must try to drown him in vomit
4. Sick of his poor work performance, because he seems like he is always looking for an excuse to focus on other things
Nice vomit & there’s just so damn much of it. However I’m somewhat concerned about the lack of carrot chunks. There’s always carrot
