I’ve seen many one room apartment’s in my time.. but never one with out a closet acting like a bathroom. Unless this is secretly prison.

You know… I know this comic’s supposed to be kind of depressing but it really came off as uplifting to me. Look at these two, with their kid, in their apartment, just… making it work, and finding time to enjoy with each other, even if they’re just playing a dumb video game.
Sure, it’s not a perfectly ideal situation, but I don’t get an even slightly negative vibe from this.
I don’t even know why anyone would want to own a house. It’s expensive and there’s constant maintenance, that costs time and money.
